Have you guys heard about KFCK ( Kinky Fat Chef Kitchen )? It was well known homemade burger & it's own special sauce that's so tasty and irritable make you want to eat more and more in Miri. Are you addicted to Internet? Of coarse everyone is addicted to internet nowadays. In this high technology world everything getting advanced. Even 2 year old kid know how to switch on & off laptop. Zacrie's Donut ( Frozen ) is a most wanted nowadays. People love to eat it, because of it own texture so soft & tasty. Hence everyone loves it. It has no secret ingredient for it though. But hence it wasn't a typical ingredient to make a donut, normally people used wheat flour, milk, simmer water mix with yeast. Z acRie's Donut ( Frozen ) After all of this years, I've been keep on do a lot of research how to make a tastier donut until I attend a culinary arts course ( Pastry Preparation ). From there I've learned what does each ingredient all about. I was so surprise that flour have 3 categories for each purpose. To ensure & maintain the quality of my donuts production, I ensure that each of ingredients that I used are HALAL, a suitable flour & ingredients for it. What a day. Wednesday, hehe. Hence it's a good starter though for the day though. Everything seems go smoothly, Alhamdulillah. What's for breakfast? I dunno why do am I feel kinda down today. I dun have any courage & confident on myself. Is it something bad? Cuz I'm used to be like this couple of weeks.
