This is story about my life, a life with full of surprise beyond expectation. Every single things that I worked on sometimes I feel like it more likely neglected onto what I've expected on. I tend to expect something high that is beyond possibility to reach it. Sometimes, I'm not good at taking a good chances onto it especially when I recalled back my past audition MasterChef Season 1 held on at JB past few years ago. Food Testing test I manage to pass those 3 judges, but it comes into interview test whereby camera entire places I tend easily to get whine out. Blank totally blank I even can't even figure what to talk, what to brief about myself and very simple mistake I did that I mention to the judges I were on my vacation at JB damn I should said that my intention fly along the way from Miri to JB just to audition for MasterChef. Friday people .. Yeah it is Friday .. I always seeking forward for Friday to come. But not forget for all Muslim guy out there it is a must go for Friday Prayers. Don't give such a lame excuses because of laziness feeding you away since Friday lunch break kinda 2 hours long.  Friday for me it is a full of bless, and what do I like about Friday is ... that is my secret lol. Anyway, I'm seeking forward for place to hop in and grab some lunch. Kinda blurry right now, still can't figure where to grab my lunch cause I've forgot to cook a meal today. My mom still at Long Loyang harvesting paddy, I guess she shall be there about a week I guess. Gosh I'm starving, what am I going to eat. Of coarse I'm not gonna be freak out like Garfield on pic hehe ...

It was a wonderful experience to learn something that I was not good at. I'm no culinary expert, but I am a learner. It does look delicious am I right? Fruit Tart one of the simplest and the easiest thing to do. Except it own crust you have to mold it gently and leave everything in well balance. Filling is all about your creativity how are you going to make it. It own shell easily fragile you just screw up on mold it. Keep on mind, to make a good pastry finish product you have to enact with your mood. Always be happy, so that your food look happy to look at too. At first I found tart is quite hard to do, because I'm getting use to make donut, bread and all of those critical thing to do where most of people does not have a lot of patient into since it own dough such a delegate and one wrong ingredient into it you have to start all over again. But hey it wasn't that easy nor hard to make. I found it was fun to make tart. Kinda cool aye, but hey not much people love to make ta...
