2014 Where It All Begun - Food Photography

It almost wanna to get the end of January, another new chapter in our life has been open up to be write on. This year, I'm not focusing much on my job which is I tend to likely more on work is work, I'll finish my job and that's it. After work, I'll focusing on my business on which I won't be wasting any of time thinking of paperwork at workplace after I leave the office. It won't bring anything other than stress haha!! 

Okay, I manage to came out with variety of menu onto my bakery this year. An applause and credit to myself and also not to forget Alhamdulillah all of the research I've done last year it totally paid off. 


Rie's Cadbury Choc Cupcakes, is something new that I had on my mind. First attempt it doesn't work so well, and I tend to modify a little bit on the recipe. Most of my friends used to call it as Valentine's cake. Nah, I'm more likely to call it as a chocolate lover cake. Love symbol means love into chocolate and since I'm using Cadbury brand so I had no idea at all how to create it, so I'll just pop on a chocolate onto it. 


As for most of my friend and family members, do knew this cake has been introduce on December 2013. For the first time, I venture myself onto a Mini Candy Buffet to promo some of the products that I can portray with. Red Velvet Cupcake it more likely kinda rare in town, cause not much people like to bake it I guess lol. Might be because of it cost. It won't stop me from making it raise up onto the next level. Hey everyone has their own signature dishes.

Alhamdulillah so far I had received various of orders onto these two new menus and most of them are given a positive feedback. Something that keep on goes onto my mind, to make an Oreo Cheese Cupcakes. On which I already been drag it into my menu. And it price hasn't come out yet.

Fly to SIBU

I thought I'm going to take a longer time on packing but it way twisted all around. Luckily I'll manage to find a larger bag to fit all of cloth and pants at least can be consume about 4 days in Sibu. Anyway I'm attending a course held in Sibu which I haven't been to that place before. Which my first experience stepping into Sibu. I wonder how does it look like, hrmm .. but still I do need to bring a camera to take some photos. Hey memory and photo are precious.  Technically, I am not good into packing stuff for travelling. Boba Milk Tea Phenomenon

Boba Milk Tea isn't a new things in the market as what we know all this time. Just that it wasn't that too viral and trending like what happen in recent years, since they started introduce Brown Sugar Milk Tea most of Bubble Tea shop start selling their own version of Brown Sugar Boba. Most claim Brown Sugar Boba or any boba drinks are unhealthy contain high sugar and tapioca ball (pearl) itself has almost zero nutriens other than carbohydrate. It is depending on how those boba fans out there how many cups consump per day. Moving On To The Next Chapter

Year 2015 is kinda  a rollercoaster ride to me, it wasn't that bad nor good. Just okay, this year plenty of my friends are getting married. Not to mention next year, I guess I might be left to be in a Singelacy Club after this. When the time has come, I will meet someone that is meant to be my life partner. I was thinking of to start my new life at somewhere else, it just part of my plan. I've been staying in Miri for a quite long time, even kinda envy of my friend they have many years of experience living at other country and state. On which makes me wonder, that is how makes them more mature and their mind way aboard rather than stay at the same place or hometown by without taking any chances to learn a new experience.  I guess this pic took somewhere in year of 2009 or 2010.
