Year 2015 is kinda  a rollercoaster ride to me, it wasn't that bad nor good. Just okay, this year plenty of my friends are getting married. Not to mention next year, I guess I might be left to be in a Singelacy Club after this. When the time has come, I will meet someone that is meant to be my life partner. I was thinking of to start my new life at somewhere else, it just part of my plan. I've been staying in Miri for a quite long time, even kinda envy of my friend they have many years of experience living at other country and state. On which makes me wonder, that is how makes them more mature and their mind way aboard rather than stay at the same place or hometown by without taking any chances to learn a new experience.  I guess this pic took somewhere in year of 2009 or 2010. This afternoon we all decided to spend a lunch time with our friend who will be leaving soon on 17 December 2015 to Kuala Lumpur. He just get married with his wife from Port Dickson on last September or October if I'm not mistaken haha !! It was a rollercoaster ride journey, and we all gonna miss the moment.  But hey everyone gonna migrate to somewhere else when the time has come. The thing is we all still keep in touch with each other, no matter where we are. Things shall not forgotten. Now I'm blur ... hahaha!!!!!

The heavy and tallest cake I ever made. I'm not that expert or professional level to make such a beautiful birthday cake. I'm still process of learning. This cake was ordered by my friend for her son birthday. Let me brief a little bit info on the cake, frosting and certain details. For the cake I made a 6 6 layers of Rainbow Cake by using Vanilla Butter-cake Recipe with 9 inches width and tall urmmm .. . I haven't measure it lol. For the frosting I'm using Swiss Meringue Buttercream and edible picture. It cake kinda heavy might be weight of 2KG and above. I do need to have a large and taller cake box just incase in future new order are coming in. It took me at least about 4 hours to finish it. Hehe ... Few more cakes I shall put on my blogs.

Everyone has their own financial problem and keep on finding away to get out from it. Especially during on the inflation crisis current moment everything goes too expensive, until we have to spend less and save more. But is it adequate enough on what we save, since cost of living rapidly increasing day by day? Some people say yes and the other say no. I'm out of idea right now, tonight I shall continue on blogging.

Most of people think that baking is a simple method to do, even kids can bake. Baking isn't all about dumping all of the ingredients without a proper measurement like cooking then you can get a beautiful cake. Nope, for me myself baking is more like a science experiment whereby you're playing around with measurement, experiment, ratio and etc. It wasn't easy as it looks especially when it comes into pipping, decoration it more likely crucial things to do if you are beginner. Practice makes perfect, a lot of room for improvement actually. Mine that perfect and master much into decoration but hey, you need to balance on both things. Taste, texture and decoration. If it looks beautiful and stunning at outside but inside just typical sponge cake and tasteless for sure most of people gonna disappoint though. It has been a while on my disappearance that I not quite involve into writing due to busy schedule that is killing me. Now it's December, and sooner it's January 2016. Achievement? Yeah some part of it, especially on my pastry and etc. But still financially need to work on it whereby kinda typical to everyone nowadays. To be honest, I am really getting sick and tired over most of the old folks or anyone out there keep on asking the same questions over and over again. When will you get married? Rhythm of curiosity kills the cat, most of people think that when you have that kind of curiosity you might end up trouble for most of the time. Nah, for my term it has nothing wrong to be anxious or level of anxiety to know about something. Why? You can dig in a new "gold" mine that you able to learn something on it. Okay now I'm totally lost. My idea so sudden drip out from a super drive in my brain system haha!! I shall continue writing and get out from this crap. I even did not know what sort purpose am I writing now lol.

Cupcake is a cake that most of people are dying into it. Sometimes people willing to fight and que just to buy a piece of it. How interesting. That is how our life is, beautiful outside is it beautiful in the inside, does it taste delicious as the outside. Looks doesn't determine who you are, it is your personality and inner beauty determine who really you are.  This is my terms about cupcake. Red Velvet with Cream Cheese Frosting - Red Velvet cake is red so same goes as our heart with a moisture and fragile too. Along with the nutella chocolate in the centre of the cupcake as it melt, the chocolate makes your heart melt when you love one start taking care of you and romantic. On last 30th November 2013, my cousin asked me to take a post-wedding photos. Oh okay, I seemly kinda new to me. Since I'm still a beginner so I'll take it as a huge and a first step challenge onto my photography. Slightly I weren't that newbie into photography it just all this while more likely onto digital camera, handphone camera and so on. Nothing much like DSLR thingy as I'm onto right now. Here some piece of my works, but still there is a lot of room for improvement. Let me guess, most of you might think it one of re-plan shot or whatever it is. Nah you're all wrong. Everything went just eventually pop-up onto our mind, ever since my camera was set it timer at 10 secs for 8 frames.

Nothing much personal. So far in 2015 it's kinda a huge challenge for me encountering all of the obstacles that keep on hazard my way. Love life? Nah ... I don't have any Love Story Fairytale to tell since I'm still single and I don't really have time to think about it now. Yeah I do meet someone that I interested into but it isn't turn out kinda so well. Choosy? Not quite but my past makes me more particular, careful and aware. Sometimes it is hard to face a financial issue lately, might be a turntable on the financial board really gives me a huge challenge to face the real economic issue lol. Business? As usual up and down and it all depends on my health conditions and more like a stock market lately. Hot temper? 30 April 2015 - Day 6 It's coming to 6th day in Taipei, Taiwan. So far during my hospitality in Taiwan I'm enjoying myself a lot and of coarse by this time I started to get homesick and miss my mom so bad.  Alrite, let get down to story, since the first day I came to Taiwan first thing first my intention is to visit Taipei Grand Mosque where it located right in front of Daan Park. I used MRT RED LINE from Ximen Station to Daan Park. When I get out from the MRT, I wonder am I at MRT Station or somewhere around ecology park or something. Cause it wall fill with a unique piece of art and I can see a lot of greenish thing inside the MRT Station. As I get out from the station, I'm heading to Daan Park.
