Finally I Get To Meet My Idol

Recently I attended Cooking Session with Chef Ismail and Chef Florence Tan. Wow it was totally amaze me out, I was totally clueless that time because Chef Florence is one of my idol since I was kid. Besides the No. 1 in my chart is not other than Chef Wan.


I can say, this is the best memory ever. My dream to become a Chef, waving booming up to the sky with a high spirit to get it so badly.
Doesn't matter how hard it is to get what do I want. I won't stop trying. To be on top, we have to start from bottom like climbing a mountain. At bottom where we start, all of the journey that we've been through may have face a lot of obstacles shall await for us. It just matter of yourself, whether you want to stop half-way by giving up for just take out the challenge. Like me, I've been through a lot of obstacles that stand on me that I need to "kill" it one by one.

I almost want to give up, want to try out something else that I might found something suit to me. No, it hasn't. My passion is in the kitchen, my life and my happiness is in the kitchen. I can't be happy by working all the time in the office and doing this that I dislike.


Look delicious am I right? I can tell it taste so great, which I was more inspire by joining this program. I can't wait to attend another Pastry & Cake Class by this Saturday and Sunday. I hope it gonna be amazing and tremendous experience.

Fly to SIBU

I thought I'm going to take a longer time on packing but it way twisted all around. Luckily I'll manage to find a larger bag to fit all of cloth and pants at least can be consume about 4 days in Sibu. Anyway I'm attending a course held in Sibu which I haven't been to that place before. Which my first experience stepping into Sibu. Boba Milk Tea Phenomenon

Boba Milk Tea isn't a new things in the market as what we know all this time. Just that it wasn't that too viral and trending like what happen in recent years, since they started introduce Brown Sugar Milk Tea most of Bubble Tea shop start selling their own version of Brown Sugar Boba. Most claim Brown Sugar Boba or any boba drinks are unhealthy contain high sugar and tapioca ball (pearl) itself has almost zero nutriens other than carbohydrate. It is depending on how those boba fans out there how many cups consump per day. Moving On To The Next Chapter

Year 2015 is kinda  a rollercoaster ride to me, it wasn't that bad nor good. Just okay, this year plenty of my friends are getting married. Not to mention next year, I guess I might be left to be in a Singelacy Club after this. When the time has come, I will meet someone that is meant to be my life partner. I was thinking of to start my new life at somewhere else, it just part of my plan. I've been staying in Miri for a quite long time, even kinda envy of my friend they have many years of experience living at other country and state. On which makes me wonder, that is how makes them more mature and their mind way aboard rather than stay at the same place or hometown by without taking any chances to learn a new experience.  I guess this pic took somewhere in year of 2009 or 2010.
